I had someone working on my house but he is no longer able to finish the work on my house and so I urgently need someone to help finish those jobs and well as complete a few more. Want to tackle one job at a time. Currently need door and door jamb installed and minor work on floor repairs (possible staining) and possibly touch up painting. Prefer paying per job, not hourly. Am flexible in terms of my hours so can work with you so you don't need to turn other jobs down as long as you're not too tired to then work here.
