Understand different financial analysis methods, and how to analyze your profit and loss report, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows report from a business owner’s and from a banker’s perspective. Use these reports to identify areas where you can increase your profits and business performance. Topics include industry ratios, budget variances, trends, and more. Participants should have completed Small Business Bookkeeping Terms Processes (Basic Bookkeeping 1) or be familiar with the concepts covered in that workshop.
