The apartment includes free wireless internet and utilities. You will be living with a 21 yr old, male UC Berkeley student who is very clean and considerate. Contract goes through July.

Very clean, tidy, new apartment room and building. The building has laundry on each floor, the kitchen has a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, and the living room has a big flatscreen TV, couch, and table. Its really a great apartment, especially considering the rent is actually $1250 (I would be paying the difference). I am very willing to negotiate on rent if youre interested.
