Moving out the area and need to sell my Bikram yoga classes. The stadio is located across the street from Grand Movie Theater.
Convenient free parking and friendly instructors. I talked to the director of the stadio and he told me that this is an easy transfer and no time limit for these 17 classes.
If you are new to the Oakland Bikram Stadio, he will give you $10 for 10 days trial as well. I have taken more than 50 classes at this stadio. Great instructors and nice stadio.
700 calories for 90 mins workout. Better than gym workout.
